Hiring: Software Engineer | US-Based B2B SaaS / Vertical AI Company

RedyHire is hiring for a US-based B2B SaaS / Vertical AI product company that is building AI teammates for businesses that run critical, real-world operations.

The company has grown to $15M+ ARR in under two years, is backed by leading global investors, and is already trusted by hundreds of businesses.

This is not a traditional software engineering role.

You'll be building AI-powered products that don't just generate responses—they take real actions, automate workflows, interact with customers, and directly impact business revenue.

What You'll Work On

• Build end-to-end, customer-facing products
• Design scalable backend and frontend systems
• Translate ambiguous real-world problems into reliable software
• Build AI-powered systems and integrations
• Work closely with Product, Design, GTM, and customers
• Own features from idea → architecture → production → iteration
• Solve challenging problems around scale, reliability, performance, and automation

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend + frontend fundamentals
• Strong system design & software architecture skills
• Experience building and shipping customer-facing products
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
• Product mindset — you care about what to build and why, not just how to code

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Experience at a high-growth startup or strong product company
• 0→1 product-building experience
• Distributed systems / high-scale engineering experience
• AI/LLM, AI agents, Voice AI or GenAI experience
• Experience working directly with customers
• Experience building workflow-driven or operational products
