Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our analytics

and insights team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau and related BI tools, with hands-on experience in designing scalable dashboards, data processing, and translating complex datasets into actionable business insights. The role also requires exposure to cloud technologies, especially Azure, and a solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Dashboard Design & Development:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau. Ensure optimal performance and usability for stakeholders across departments.

 Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

Analyze complex data to identify key trends and insights. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for business units like Sales, Leasing, Asset Management, and Customer Service.

 Cloud & Database Integration:

Work with Azure Cloud Data Platforms and integrate data from SQL Server, Oracle, and other structured sources.

 Data Pipeline & ETL:

Develop and maintain ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various internal systems including CRM, Wi-Fi, and APIs.

 Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with both technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and communicate insights effectively.

 Governance & Documentation:

Establish Tableau design standards and guidelines. Maintain process documentation, dashboards, and metadata.

 Automation & Scripting:

Use scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation, analysis, and integration with REST APIs.

 Training & Evangelism:

Conduct training sessions and champion data literacy and visualization best practices across the organization.

Required Skills:

 Proficiency in Tableau and SQL (mandatory)

 Familiarity with Power BI and MicroStrategy (preferred)

 Experience with Azure Cloud services, including Data Factory, Data Lake, and Azure Synapse

 Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

 Good experience working with large datasets, data wrangling, and performance tuning of dashboards

 Ability to integrate data from multiple platforms including APIs, CRMs, and other business apps

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative cross-functional team

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with Python/C# for data automation or analysis

 Exposure to property development, retail, or customer service domains

 Familiarity with REST API integrations and cloud-based visualization solutions

 Ability to translate complex data into engaging and effective visualizations
