Job Title

Founding AI + Full Stack Engineer (End-to-End Product Builder)

Location Hybrid — Bangalore (few days a week in person) + Remote

Compensation Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (during evaluation & post confirmation) 1-month paid evaluation period, followed by full-time confirmation based on performance

Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on AI + Full Stack Engineer who can single-handedly build end-to-end workflows and applications — from idea to production. This is a builder role, not a narrow specialist role. You’ll work closely with senior, accomplished product and technology leaders, and get deep ownership of core product workflows. If you enjoy vibe coding, shipping fast with AI tools, and building customer-centric, scalable systems — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Build end-to-end applications: frontend, backend, AI workflows, and deployment

Design and implement AI-powered workflows using modern LLMs and agentic patterns

Use AI coding tools to accelerate development (Cursor, Lovable, copilots, workflow builders, etc.)

Own frontend development with a strong eye for UX, clarity, and customer empathy

Develop scalable backend services and APIs

Manage cloud infrastructure, deployments, and environments

Handle version control, branching, reviews, and release workflows

Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and ship production-ready features

Take full ownership with minimal supervision ️ Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills

Strong Full Stack Development experience

Frontend: React / Next.js / modern JS frameworks

Backend: Node.js / Python / similar

Experience building AI-first applications

LLM integration, prompt design, AI workflows, agents (practical experience preferred)

Comfortable with vibe coding and fast iteration using AI tools:

Cursor, Lovable, Copilot, workflow automation tools, etc.

Solid understanding of:

Git & version control

Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure or equivalent)

CI/CD, deployments, and environment management

Ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures
